VALKYRIE
Walking in an alley, not noticing the abyss,
I met someone...
Closed my eyes, felt my blood pumping
rushing through the veins, arteries, targetting Cupid's board...
Seeing I was preoccupied not only by kisses, sex or lust,
I let the shadows pillage what i am feeling
Like the stream flowing from the Alps
and the Krakatoan ashes that killed millions;
The feeling seems inevitable,
Unending; unexplained; yet it keeps on reminding me what's ahead of life;
Is it the flowers that bloomed on Eden's? No.
Falling stars? Quite.
A cadaver? Not so, but an innocent person accused and sent to a pillory;
Knowing that I didn't commit any crime,
I sentenced myself with a lifetime promise
A promise that when the man bahind those shadows appear,
I would stay out of tha dark I am into
and return to the path where he'll lead me to you.
